How do I register?
Go to the Registration page and choose a membername (this will form your homepage address in the form
http://my.asanet.co.uk/?membername), a password, email address and a couple of other details to ensure a customised homepage.
You will then be sent an email with a link in to verify your identity. You need to click that link before you can log in and edit your homepage.

I've not yet received my registration email!
If you reached the 'Please check your email...' screen during registration then the email was definitely sent. You may have entered an incorrect email address or the email may have been lost.
You can resend your registration email. If you're still having problems,
contact the webmaster.

Why do I have to log in every time I want to edit my homepage?
You don't! Next time you log in, tick the 'Remember Me?' box. Whenever you are then subsequently on your computer, you will be automatically logged in each time you visit.

I cannot see my reminders, email contacts or notepad on my homepage!
This means you are not logged in. Regardless of your privacy setting (public/private), no-one other than yourself can view reminders, email contacts or the notepad. This is to protect your privacy and the privacy of your contacts. You must log in and then return to your homepage.
If you cannot see just your notepad, click the Member Centre button and then 'Show/Hide Notepad'.

My colour scheme changes each time I view my page

This isn't a fault. In your Profile, change the colour scheme for 'Header' from random to one of the other options.
